Scope is defined by contract and may include operational support such as:

• Aligning clinical documentation with U.S. billing conventions where appropriate (e.g., ICD/CPT-oriented summaries for U.S. submission workflows)
• Helping route claims to the correct U.S. payer channel (commercial, employer-sponsored, travel-related benefits, and similar)—subject to plan terms you verify
• Supporting appeals and follow-up workflows for denied or underpaid claims, within regulatory and contractual limits
• Coordinating with Etica-affiliated revenue cycle expertise (Etica RCM) so international work stays consistent with how we support U.S. partner practices

Optional clinical liaison (for example, telehealth consults arranged through contracting partners) may be discussed as part of a broader agreement—clinical services, when offered, are provided by licensed U.S. providers or partners as expressly agreed in writing.

Partnership flow (simplified)

1. An incident occurs; your in-country coordinator stabilizes care and engages the treating facility.
2. Your authorized contact engages Etica Global Solutions LLC as the U.S. hub for documentation and reimbursement support.
3. We work with you to prepare materials suitable for U.S. payer submission, support identification of coverage types, and help track claims and appeals.
4. Payment timing and amounts depend on patient benefits, plan language, and payer decisions—not on Etica Global Solutions LLC acting as an insurer.
